14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If a downloadable product fails to load or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

You purchased the product directly from Trader WorkStation.
You are within 14 days of the order date.
You can describe the issue and, if requested, provide a brief screenshot or screen-recording showing the problem.

Requests made after 14 days from purchase.
Files that were successfully installed and used with no functional issue reported.
Not following the installation/usage guide or platform prerequisites.
Changes in market conditions, strategy performance, or trading results.

Email billing@traderworkstation.com.
Include your order number, product name, and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you prefer, we can help troubleshoot or provide a corrected file instead of a refund.

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay future purchases.
