1) Educational Purpose Only

Trader WorkStation (“TWS”, “we”, “our”) sells downloadable indicators and strategy files intended solely for educational use. We do not provide investment advice, execute trades, or manage client funds. Any trading decision you make is your responsibility. Trading involves risk of loss.

2) License & Use

  • Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files on one TradeStation® account.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the files or source code.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer or create derivative works for resale.

3) Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4) Payments, Taxes & Refunds

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5) Updates & Compatibility

From time to time we may provide updates or fixes. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every platform version or third-party tool. Minimum requirements and setup guides are provided on product pages.

6) Risk Disclosure & No Warranty

Past performance or back-tested results do not guarantee future results. Our products and website are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or capital, arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.

8) Prohibited Conduct

  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing our files beyond the licensed account.
  • Attempting to bypass license checks or remove attribution notices.
  • Using our site or products in violation of applicable law or regulation.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to products or services for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use of the files.

10) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your state or country of residence where applicable. Any disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
