Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files on one TradeStation® account. Redistribution, reselling, or public posting of the code is prohibited.

3. No Warranty

Indicators and strategies are provided “as-is.” Past performance or back-tested results do not guarantee future performance. TWS disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability
